Admission Guidelines for the Academic Year 2018-19

For Pre-Primary Section
Age Limit for the Admission
Nursery :- 3 Years & above (born on or before 31st July, 2015)
Junior KG :- 4 Years & above (born on or before 31st July, 2014)
Please Note:
1.The age limits mentioned above are as on the 31st July of the Academic Year.
2. Age limit for particular classes will be strictly followed. Students whose age does not fulfill the above criteria will not be admitted.
 
Admission Procedures
Issue of Forms

Forms will be issued on 27th November, 2017 & 28th November, 2017 from 9.00 AM. to 12 Noon.

Parents, Please DO NOT stand in queue outside school before the scheduled date / time. Admission will NOT be done on first come first serve basis.

Submission of Forms

Submission of forms and Campus tour on 2nd December, 2017 from 9.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.

Submit the filled form at the school office on prescribed date along with the mentioned documents. Attach photo copies of the required documents at the time of submission of form. However, submission of an Application Form does not guarantee admission

Documents to be submitted along with Admission Form:
1. Two Recent colour Photographs
2. Photo copy of Birth Certificate*(Attested True Copy from Gazette officer)
3. Photo copy of Caste Certificate (valid & Attested True Copy from Gazette officer)
4. Health related issues/ allergies if any must be communicated to school in writing accompanied by medical certificate if required.
Selection Procedure
We do not conduct any interview of the child or the parent for admissions.

In order to avoid chaos and able to give time to each applicant parent, we would be displaying interaction schedule on the school notice board at the time of submission of form. We appreciate if the parents adhere to the schedule given.

We give opportunity to every applicant to interact with higher authorities of school and get their queries clarified.

The school will display the admission list of the students on the prescribed date on school notice board once the interaction process is complete. If your child’s name appears in the list of selected students, visit the school office and follow the further instructions for taking admission & regarding submission of original documents, payment of fees etc.

Admission Procedures for Primary & Secondary Section

Admissions are given against vacancies that arise at the end of the academic year. In case of a new admission, the latest school report must be submitted along with the application form.

Students are usually not admitted in class VIII and above unless they come from an I.C.S.E. school and have a good academic record (Only if there are vacancies).

Documents required at the time of Admission

Every parent must submit the following documents at the time of admission..

Original birth certificate/ LC/ TC, attested photocopy of Student Adhaar Card, caste certificate, and attested photocopy of mark sheet of previous class as applicable.

Health related issues/ allergies if any must be communicated to school in writing accompanied by medical certificate if required.

Payment of Fees

Fees of first term should be paid for confirmation of admission.

In case fees are not paid as per schedule, the admission will be cancelled and the school will allot the seat to the next eligible student.

Fees Refund Policy

Admission fee is not refundable in any circumstances. Admission will only be confirmed on payment of first term's school fees.

The first term school fees will not refunded if a seat accepted, is later refused.

School Timings

For Pre-primary Section – 9.30 am to 1.00 pm

For std I & II – 7.50 am to 1.00 pm

For std III – X – 7.50 am to 2.50 pm

Saturdays & Sundays Holidays for all classes

 
Special Notice

The School will not entertain any correspondence, discussion, telephonic or personal inquiries regarding the admission process.

Any intervention or pressure in the normal admission process will lead to immediate disqualification of the applicant.

The school regrets its inability to address parental inquiries on an individual basis. All information required is available in the admission booklet / prospectus.

Please note that the School Management does not accept donation in any kind whatsoever. Neither does the management authorize any person to do so.

In case any person claims to secure a seat in our school through influence or consideration please bring it to the notice of administration for suitable action.
